Find Your Fit
God made you unique and valuable, and he invites you into an incredible future. But it can be hard to think through what that means and what it should look like. How can you figure it all out in the middle of your responsibilities, expectations, and pressures?
I founded Differentiated Coaching Associates to increase leadership effectiveness. “Leader” includes business leaders, education leaders, and teachers, every one of whom is a leader in his or her classroom. I work to form partnerships that align my skills with your needs, with clear, realistic parameters around goals, resources, time frames, and coordination with other initiatives. My end goal is to ensure that leaders can be more intentional, systemic and practical in their work.
I work as a consultant, specializing in team building, leadership coaching, and school staff development. I am also the coauthor of over 20 books, including Intentional Leadership, Differentiated Coaching: A Framework for Helping Teachers Change, LifeKeys and Unleashing the Positive Power of DIfferences. I hold an MBA in finance from the Carlson School of Management and a doctorate in Educational Leadership from the University of St. Thomas.
In addition to being an MBTI® Master Practitioner, I am certified in MBTI Step II and Step III instruments, the EQ-i 2.0, and the Strong Interest Inventory. I am also a certified Neuroscience of Personality practitioner.
I’ve had the great privilege of working with organizations across North America and in Australia, New Zealand, Europe and Saudi Arabia. My clients include Minneapolis Public Schools and various other public and private schools, Minnesota State Colleges and Universities, NASA, Truly Nolen Pest Control, Twin Cities Public Television, and numerous other institutions. I am a frequent workshop speaker and have presented at Learning Forward, ICF Midwest, ASCD, NCTM, World Futures, and APT International conferences.
