God made you unique and valuable, and he invites you into an incredible future. But it can be hard to think through what that means and what it should look like. How can you figure it all out in the middle of your responsibilities, expectations, and pressures?

Vision:
I founded Differentiated Coaching Associates to increase leadership effectiveness. “Leader” includes business leaders, education leaders, and teachers, every one of whom is a leader in his or her classroom. I work to form partnerships that align my skills with your needs, with clear, realistic parameters around goals, resources, time frames, and coordination with other initiatives. My end goal is to ensure that leaders can be more intentional, systemic and practical in their work.
