Danielle Poirer is the creator of the award winning Magnificent 16. She is also an independent senior consultant and trainer who specialises in fostering and leveraging diversity as a means towards creativity and sustainability of teams and businesses.

Publications:
I've authored and produced the Magnificent 16, an interactive software program that illustrates the sixteen psychological types described by I. Myers and K. Briggs with videos of both experts and neophytes talking about what it feels like to be their type. The videos are accompanied with creative vignettes that describe the personalities structure, purpose and core needs, as well as an original musical soundtrack. It won the Association for Psychological Type International's Innovation award.

Vision:
Both (the product and the training I have developed) help to create understanding and compassion in everyday work, play and family relationships, as well as a better sense of self and others.
